Recently three new hydraulic press production lines with aluminum-magnesium alloy wheel hub has manufactured and delivered to clients, which self-developed and researched by Tianjin Tianduan Press Co. (TTPC). The production lines are mainly used in the manufacture of high-grade heavy-duty vehicles wheel hub, and the technical level is similar with the same products abroad, got the favor of many automobile accessories manufacturers.

In recent years, the annual self-developed new products of TTPC is more than 10 kinds, the benefit contribution rate has been above 80%. Now TTPC holds more than 80% of invention patents in domestic hydraulic press industry and delineates a number of core technologies and key new products and technological projects in this year, that 11 key technologies involving fields including aerospace, new energy, new materials and shipbuilding etc. Through efforts, in the first half of this year TTPC sales income was over RMB300 million, the year-to-year growth profit rose 10%.
