Hefei Forging Group got the approval from Ministry of industry and Information Technology of the People??s Republic of China. The hot stamping technology of ultra-high-strength automotive structural parts and equipment production line, got approved. June 2010, organized by Hefei Forging Group??Dalian University of Technology??Changchun Weifute Auto parts Co., Ltd. Jinan Foundry and Metalforming Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. and other hot stamping technology research institution applicationed the project of The hot stamping technology of ultra-high-strength automotive structural parts and equipment production line. After several rounds of review, it is got approved finally. And government allocated funds of 27.83 million for this project. And the project will be expected to end in June 2013. This project will carry out researching hot-stamping core technology of the high-strength automobile part, the key equipment and integrated control systems. Implementation of the subject can improve R & D capabilities of CNC high-speed hydraulic and mold manufacturing equipment in the automotive and aerospace. And speed up the nationalization of this technology, fill the technology blank, drive growth of the technology of related parts processing industry and iron and steel industry. |
