China's First 4500T Double-Column Pull-Down Type High Speed Forging Oil Press Put into Trial

On May 14th, the China''s first 4500T double-column pull-down type high speed forging oil press developed by CFHI was put into trial production. The press was hot commissioned successfully on April 16th. Through 30 days commissioning and operation, the press has generally reached the requirements for trial production. So Far CFHI has equipped itself a complete set of free forging presses, including 15000T, 10000T, 6000T open die forging water presses and 4500T high speed forging oil press, etc. The manufacturing capabilities of these presses cover the whole range of its forging products and also open up space for development of future products. The mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of this press are independently developed and the mechanical section was manufactured by CFHI. In order to realize an actual fast forging function of press and exploit its forging capability to the full, the designers has equipped the press with a 125t/m manipulator, an ingot buggy, an anvil magazine and anvil transverse device, fast moving table and other auxiliary equipment. The press features a high forging accuracy and frequency, low manual intervention, automatic control, etc. It can meet the production need for shaft forgings smaller than 50 tons. |
