Formal Production of two Subsidiary Companies of Baosteel

In October 2010, Hot Stamping Parts Co., Ltd. and Hydraulic Forming Parts Co., Ltd. of Baosteel Group Corporation (hereinafter as Baosteel) has put into operation formally. Baosteel plans to manufacture one million parts in the first stage of hot stamping project which invested 230 million RMB, whose main products are safety parts of auto include A column, B column, C column, bumper of car etc. Baosteel plans to manufacture 500000 parts in the first stage of hydraulic forming project which invested 200 million RMB, whose main products include hydraulic forming parts, die, tool, assembly etc. Successful production of companies marks that Baosteel breaks monopolization of these technologies and products by foreign enterprises.
