The Trials of Automatic Stamping Production Line for Truck can be successfully completed

In April 2010, automatic stamping production line with large-size robots was tested successfully and used formally in China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. Successful manufacture of this line changed the status that automatic stamping production is used only in saloon industry and is a major advance of manufacture technique for heavy duty truck.

The production line adopts automatic control technique with international high-class. The automatic feeding system consists of seven robots provided by ABB, Germany clean system, Germany smearing system to ensure processes before stamping; the hydraulic system of packing metal adopts pit structure by which wastes can slip in conveyer belt and was packed to deliver out. The whole production line adopts advanced control system and has a lot of characteristics like high efficiency, high precision, flexibility, full-automation etc.
