Manufacturing of The 50MN high Speed Press with Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

In May 2010, the 50MN high speed press with two columns, drive-up and prestressing frame structure was commissioned successfully. This press is the first open die forging hydraulic press with proprietary intellectual property rights and international advanced level in china and was developed and manufactured independently by Shenyang Heavy Machinery Heavy Minerals Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The RX500 sinusoidal Pump of the hydraulic pressure system of press is provided by Wepuko-Pahnke, the electronic control pump system adopted CPU and DP bus control of Siemens. The press has many advanced performances like high speed (70/min), high automation, high precision (??1.5mm), high reliability etc.
