J45 Series Straight-Side Double-Action Press is specially designed for sheetmetal drawing operations. At present, only a few of works can manufacture this press at home.
The press is equipped with the pneumatic control, the inner slide, the blankholder and the pneumatic cushion which are suitable for all the sheetmetal drawing operations.
JB45-200/150 Type Straight-Side Double-Action Press has been recently developed by our Plant. It employs all the steel-sheet welded structure frame with good appearance and excellent rigidity. In inner slide and blankholder is the hydraulic overload protector. The blankholder is equipped with four-point pressure-compensating gear which can be adjusted alone. Therefore the blankholding force is even. The press comes up to the 1990s levels and is ideal equipment for drawing operations.
